Fundraising GuideWe recognise the role parents play in creating a successful tour.  It’€™s important they have confidence in the tour organisation for a number of reasons.

  • They will be entrusting their children into the care of others for a significant period, so all health, safety and risk factors need to be covered.
  • They will inevitably be investing in the project, probably in terms of time and money, so will need to be clear about the value they are getting for their children.
  • The active, positive involvement of parents during the planning and fund-raising phases can significantly improve the success of the tour.

Through our regular updates on progress parents can be kept in the loop.  If required, we will be delighted  to show a PowerPoint Presentation about the tour at a tour party meeting or parents’ meeting.

I was much happier with the content of Mike Williams€™ presentation. He certainly knows more about tours then the previous speakers we have had.

Now I have heard how Intoursport will organise the school’s tour, I am considerably more confident about the project than I was after hearing the previous company’€™s presentation.  All matters that concern a parent have been covered. I am delighted to hear that sport and the children’€™s welfare are at the centre of the tour’€™s organisation.
